A Farewell to Arms

This 28 minute video raises awareness about the dangers posed by the spread of military-style small arms, and about steps being taken by Africans to combat this plague. Completed in January 1999, the documentary focuses in detail on the experience of Mali with small arms.(unfortunately, this video is no longer available).
